Computational Law refers to the area of legal informatics, which tries to automate the processes of legal reasoning and contract execution. On the other hand, artificial intelligence has a broader perspective, expanding the analysis to nonstructured text, increasing the degree of autonomy, and offering more possibilities such as compliance, due diligence, and litigation.
After finishing the program you will:
